On the positive, it fits for intended purpose.
On the negative, our "distribution partner" is lacking in all things that I would consider a retailer would naturally do. As in know and sell the product they are supposed to stock!
If I was having my stock being "sold" there and were to hear about this I would be rather irritate to say the least... as a stock holder am more so. Afterall, what is the point of putting out an announcement about this with results such as this? Not saying this is the case with all the stores but seriously, this is bloody poor form imo.
The best recourse in my opinion...
Put a marketing campaign/advert in every large national paper possible to point to the fact that they are stocked in Bloom and the fact the prospective purchaser could be eligible for full rebate. As a consequence, this particular retail outlet would likely be quick to educate themselves as would all the others stocking them. Bloom should pay for at least half me thinks.
Thanks for sharing, always good to get a first hand experience albeit an unnecessary difficult one.
