What is your main concern in regards to the property sector?

You say that house prices will drop 40%

Over what period?

Is that "all" areas, most areas or just a couple?

Where should I put my money in the meantime?

If house prices are falling in the bum......why have my properties all gone up again this year?

At the end of 2008.....where will interest rates be compared with now? higher,lower or the same?

Do you own property?
