Having worked for a public listed company that was involved in acquisitions, 3x EBIT is correct and a fair price. Of course each industry is different - but what you ahave said re $4 is on the mark. Self funded. Happy with the way TOX has performed and really loved it when it was just 10 cents before the share consol.
