ura - you are misrepresenting my posts. What I said was that the 'optimised' BFS won't be released until after April 2019 (which is in accordance with Company announcements) and my opinion (which may or may nor be correct) is that the final funding package will not be determined until after this. I have never said the draft - or base-case - feasibility study won't be released around this time. I just don't think it will get the funders over the line (although it is possible they may sign some sort of MOU or in principle support may be provided, pending delivery of the 'optimised' BFS).
