many of us have bought GWR up to over $2 and these guys came in and got a chunk for bugger all.
Giving them some power and insight to getting more of their mitts on GWR would be a disaster for us holders. They would be in no hurry to develop the project as they have an income stream from other areas, hence they would tread water until we got impatient and then pick up the rest for nothing.
