Hi Creekers, just catching up on the posts and news.
Here is my two bobs for what its worth:
1/ Appeal action still feasible post Supreme Court decision.
2/ Chance the flare may fail completely:
a/ Two faults proximate to the target gasifier chamber area, which run through the Telford Gravels aquifer. (noted by RMIT experts)
b/ Drilling activity may have increased these faults and caused water permeation via the faults to the target ignition zone.
3/ So a mishap would open appeal avenues if further drilling is required or if ignition fails for this or other reasons. - SEO reopen to being challenged.
