I have owned several companies where CNs have provided short term funding (SGL, AZZ, CTO). Its a way shareholders can get a form of "dividend" and then possibly get shares at the end of a 3, 5 or even 10 year period. Would any other shareholders out there consider CNs in BKP at a reasonable interest rate? It just might be a little less risky than holding BKP shares and in a successful raising would considerably derisk the shares themselves.
