Hi all,
Just saw today's Fat Prophets report, and they have a BUY recommendation on CVN.
They say using a nominal in ground NPV of US$20 per barrel, the 2P reserves are worth 40c per share. They say that doesn't take into account anything from the 3P category, and if only a third (which is in their view conservative) of the 3P converts to 2P, the in-ground value for CVN is 80c per share.
