Woll, for me, it's not surprising that the two cornerstone investors would each want their own nominee on the board. I think it was prudent to wait until the Annual Report had been released (1 bus. day ago). It's worth remembering that that up until the RI Issue Date (19/09 - 7 bus. days ago), BMM only had 9.17% ownership of the company. Their stake only increased to 19.8% on 19/09, so this change is timely enough, imo.
The new board members appear to be well-credentialed. Looks like The new Board increases to 5 (from current 4). I'm thinking there might be a more tension at board level from now on. But since there is only 1 rep from either side, I'm hoping it doesn't translate into any distracting dysfunction. Time will tell on that front.
