What a lengthy response for such a simple question
"i think your due for another dilution or free options to directors ann hey??" If you argue with a fool you end up looking like one. You won't answer the question so here we go. Q: Did directors receive any free shares/options as you claim. A: No. To receive any benefit for share/option offers you needed to purchase shares. Q: Well thats free isn't it? A: Well no because you actually have to buy shares to take up the offer. It's a bit like the free steak knives,buy one get one free. You have to put up some money to receive the offer, nothing is free. Q: So the directors benefit at the expense of shareholders? A: No because the same offer is made to shareholders. I can go on and on and on. Directors Loans- Turn the clocks back 5 years folks Tick Tock is back in town. Unsecured? loan to the company of $600,000 at 10%. Take that proposal to a finacial institution and see how far you get. I reckon even Shylock would gets sweaty palms with that one. The directors were really money lenders disguised as mining execs!!!
