good question no idea. Im just waiting for a high volume spike day - with GNL ( HAW) has been a pretty good indicator in the past when the stock suddenly rises 30% the day before an annoucement on larger than normal volumes, that usually screams to me to get ready. Chart picks up insider activity.
This thing usually leaks like a seive before resource updates etc but as for progress they have been so lazy as to not keep us informed so one can only guess
