I don't know. There was absolutely nothing defamatory about what he said, I just cannot fathom why defamation was brought up. Scaring people into silence is usually why it's done.
The very big thing that's being hidden from us all is why on earth our MD and TD both left the company unceremoniously right at the beginning of the drilling campaigns they were specifically hired for without even waiting for the first assays. They're mouths are all shut like clams about it and someone throws a completely spurious accusation of defamation out there while everyone is still wondering what the hell is going on.
We haven't been given an explanation about this dramatic turn of events, you've made me wonder if there has been threats of defamation action which is enforcing this dead silence.
What could make them both leave like that? Did they experience an ethical dilemma perhaps? Or were these professionals in their field not up to the task?
