I am going to keep this short.
To not even provide the actual numbers on the first page to give an accurate view on just how things have changed from 2017, says it all to me.
The document could hardly be crafted any more poorly when trying to actually gauge what the reserves were last year compared to this year.
Anyway, I continue to watch on and see whether P.C is more than talk.
