To an extent, however to completely write off the ROW is foolish.
To make such a large unfounded statement with no form of accountability is unethical.
Has anyone taken the time to consider the integration of markets? Tesla to China, South Korea to America? to assume China is the be all/end all is misguided.
Unless there is solid proof no one should state otherwise.
