Making the timeline for once would be great, however it's in the nature of exploration and development companies to be serial repeat offenders in this department.
The bigger issue we have is right now nobody is being rewarded for bringing Uranium production to the world. Until that changes the SP will remain where it is now, irrespective of how much the team advances Tiris.
What would you rather have, a deadline met and announcement made to an audience that doesn't care, or wait until the U space turns and then make the announcements?
