And if you think it’s no longer going on you are being very naive in my opinion.

I notice the RBA is keeping the cash rate at 1.5% things must be going great guns in the Australian economy if we have a 1.5% negative interest rate after taking even the minimum 3% inflation figure into account!

These Low Interest rates, QE, TARP, TWIST and shout emergency measures around the world have now been applied for some ten years! If it’s all fine and dandy when will things be returning to normal?

Enjoy Italy keep an eye open for pick-pockets, don’t read the local papers on the bank bad debt or economic problems. Pull the peak of your cap right down over your rose-coloured glasses and ignore the beggar’s refugees and homeless and carry on regardless!
