It's all about a house in the end, especially if the global economy chunders again soon. Watching your home go down in value is better than watching your investment capital disappear.
I got my deposit from medical cannabis and am hoping for PLS and AGY to take care of the mortgage. Could have paid cash in Jan but our perfect home only came up at the (hopefully) bottom of a 6-month downtrend...
Ah well, securing 50% of a family home feels better than holding my entire life's capital in magic beans. Best hedge bet you can get. Congrats
