From all accounts, as death would not be as a direct result of the punch, the most the assailant can be charged with is assault.
Mind you I wouldn't want to be the jerk who threw the punch!! Or for that matter any other person who lives in St. Albans, Vic with the same surname. A quick check of the white pages lists 4 people that name. Reckon they will all need police guards.
