I've answered in detail already. You're the one who made the claim re MOUs without referencing a "fact" as you put it. I can't demonstrate something that's never happened. ie a negative. Feel free to reference an MOU on the back of one intersection if you have an example.
You're representing vendor interests above yourself as a shareholder? Another absurdity- Its a due diligence kid and markets say it failed- that's the vendor's risk...not unfairness ..lol
