Also it doesn't pass the sniff test -
NCZ were apparently able to sell at better TCs than their long term sales contracts. 3 of these contracts are to traders (whose job is to buy from mines and sell to smelters and make a profit...). If it was so easy for NCZ why didn't the traders buy it at their contractual TC and sell it to the smelter in China?
