I feel it may still be possible for someone (maybe not us) to complete the story. Perhaps the fierceness of the marine environment demands more time and deeper pockets. Perhaps it was always a pipe dream. However one looks at it, we were kept at arm's length from real feedback on the R &D...all we got was smug platitudes and pollie-speak. (people like me swallowed it for far too long)

Who knows but that Elon Musk will light up, get happy~ and buy us out! It seems at one time MO impressed him with CETO. Surely that was not all slick sales pitch that convinced him...he is surely smarter than that....
