If it was Jinchuan, after 800,000 shares or so they would have to release an updated SS holder notice, so you can count them out.
I would think if ZFX were caught ASIC would take dim view of this esp right now with other corporate things going. Anyway why would ZFX risk it, they have got to nearly 85%.
