I think it's more a lack of buyers. The company has indicated that it will need to raise $50 million to fund its expansion plans. If it were to do that soon, at, say 30 cents, that would represent a share dilution of approximately 25%. So buyers essentially have to gamble that the share price will rise quite a significant amount before the capital raising occurs, if they are to have any chance of staying in front. Not all potential buyers are prepared to take that risk, when there are so many other cashed-up companies to invest in.
