For reference, I don't doubt for a second the 1m won't arrive. We're paying it.
By my calculations, we pay 3.75m in cash to dispose of Derma.
We now own 11.5m in equity, in who knows what? with the possibility of a further 3.5m equity, in who knows what?
I can't see it any other way.
