I think I may have previously had something to say about corrupt State Governments. The reason why we cant refer to corrupt State Liberal Governments in the recent past is because there arent any Liberal State Governments. The dismal performance of the last round of Liberal State Governments has seen them banished accross the nation. The National/Liberal coalition in Queensland many ,many years ago was a disgrace for a long long time. The stench of corruption in that State at the time has remained in the minds of Queenslanders still. Certainly corrupt acts by individuals have come up in both Liberal and Labor camps and those people get caught and pay the penalty.
The reality is that really corrupt Governments always get the boot. Given that State Labor Governments have lasted so long maybe your view of corruption may be a little exaggerated and one sided.
