She doesn't need to be sacked, there just needs to be an apology, acknowledgement of the recklessness of the action and an explanation for why this occurred unchecked. Like Stock mentioned it should also be explained by the BOD why a probationary sell period wasn't a condition in her job contract, and on top of that why the shares weren't offered as options based on performance, and why they were sold at the first instance possible in full.
