These are not things we have overlooked - although with your self proclaimed “proven and motivated team” a lot of our great tenements have not been developed to where we could be given how much time has elapsed and that’s where we need to be realistic about things. No matter how great our tenements are, without great management to delineate and develop these resources they may as well not be there. We are moving very slowly and the risk is that this might not be able to be sustained.
