Personally Verizon are paying us very little, even the full $500,000 a month, for someone there size that is "critically dependent on the Syntonic Technologies" (Gary's words not mine) its a drop in the ocean.

Makes it sound like you've been talking with Gary & or Rahul directly.

Quite frankly, they should have been merging the 2 as soon as the deal was signed and if you're looking at well into next year before the integration is complete, then questions have to be asked. The purchase was done to save time & the effort of building our own. They've looked at Zenvia for month's, if they started from scratch in April 2018 (or earlier) they would have built it quicker than your indicating its going to take to merge the products !!!!

Rahul gave the impression in the last Q&A that he'd reviewed everything & that integration wouldn't be that long a process. If he's changed his mind then he didn't do a very good job on his DD.

Far too many people here take everything as gospel when its meant to come from Gary or Rahul, open your eyes for goodness sake & ask searching questions as to why that's the case & what backs it up.

We've been through this before, Yes on the initial Smart announcement (7th June) the launch timetable was the September Quarter, however that was revised to the December quarter in the 9th July Carrier progress (about the only time they've done a public revision). So its not missed its target, unlike plenty of other things.

I'm hoping is active during the first half of this quarter, given that initial timetable & going by the Smart tweets @huntfish has posted it might even be live inside the next 2 weeks.

What's far more disappointing to me is the fact that none of the other 19 carriers who were discussing it at MWC2018 has actually signed up for the product in the (near) 4 months since the Smart announcement.
