I get your point Kriso but in my mind there is more than enough current and forecast demand for many players. And everything ATC can produce once up and running is already committed to an offtake agmt.
A simplistic analogy perhaps for Norsk Hydro vs ATC might be (and this is just me), why buy Ford Motors shares vs Tesla........ie one staunchly embedded and mfg in existing technology, the other, yet to produce but exciting new technology that many others will follow once proven.

The new technology is always a risk but that's where the investment opportunity is. If (or when) ATC pull it off, the future will look very bright indeed. Norsk Hydro will still have a bright future and be a big player as I think we all agree the demand for HPA is growing.
