As far as the raise goes the company has already said it was a planned event. And LM77 seems to back this up after his brief chat with one of the directors... quote "The Vimson placement was also discussed, it was explained that when applying for finance at the scale we will be, the financial institutions look at the shareholder registry and it is important to have strategic institutions on there."
So it seems the company planned this to happen in advance of finance. Seems to be a normal thing for a company at this stage of it's development cycle. So it's not unnatural to assume that outside "interested" parties would be aware of this need coming up too!!
Knowing this only strengthens my belief that the SP has been heavily controlled by outside interests? Shareholder revolt anyone?
An example of some odd trades was a small $10 trade the day before the EGM announcement. I posted about this one as I have other odd happenings in the past so there is a record. But really!! In the middle of the day or there abouts no other trades around it, so it wasn't part of a bigger parcel and it moved the SP from 12c down to 11.5c. The first 11.5c trade of the day. We had opened at 12.5c!!
Plus aren't our directors apart from Paul Burton already independent?
