Sorry if this has been covered previously but where has this comment that WPL lawyers are involved and delaying the process come from? I hope it isnt from an off the record verbal conversation to one poster.
More importantly has the TOR been finalised yet? Was due end of June in the last update from memory. If TOR has slipped 3+ months then does that not likely mean the end result of 'not earlier than mid 2019' also slips - could now very easily end up in 2020?
The guidance of 'not earlier than mid 2019 ' for the end result would presumably be contingent on a TOR date of mid 2018, my logic being that the 12+ month hearing process doesn't start until TOR is set so if TOR slips then so does the whole process.
