Prove that no MSA as of today "certainly means" that the "pilot wasn't hugely, or quickly successful"..

This means you have to list every possible scenario and list why it could not occur. What if the pilot has been extended by two weeks. This is certainly not material and thus the market would not know. Why is this scenario impossible?

What if its just taken longer than expected for TC to sell x amount of their TI product.
