Hello all. This is my first ever post although I have been sitting quietly in the corner watching posts on HC for 5-6 months now. And I really just want to echo this sentiment. The AMI thread is by far and away the most mature, helpful, respectful, open, educational and insightful thred on the entire of HC and has been a blessing to me. I bought in at around the 58 cent mark and have been accumulating ever since (dropped another $50K into it at 79 cents today). I would never have had the confidence in making these decisions without the likes of GB, NSW004 and Precis and I am a better investor for reading your posts. Kudos to you gentlemen.
