My view is that the stock was trading around $1.70 before the most recent Tasly announcement, rose steadily as the announcement was absorbed and then got a bit frothy up near $2.50 at which point some might have said to themselves "does this announcement really justify an increase of $300m in market cap?".
Less incentive for buyers to come in at those levels so the overshoot got trimmed. I've held all the way but only because I'm an investor not a trader.
But anything less than a straight up Increase and the tIn foil hat merchants on here will cry conspiracy before you can reach for your keypad.
