Launched numerous new products, gained approval in new distinctions, cleaned out the dead wood with better employees.
A new CEO is the absolute worst idea it would take 6 months for a new CEO to get up to scratch with the running of the business.
A lot of the issues that Wayne has faced are because the lack of capital and not enough people on the ground with the many tasks that need doing, Wayne has great work ethic and my honest opinion is he is the best man for the job.
