I Checked those shares on issue. I think its around 1.1 billion
So at at your rate of $300 million the shares are worth 30 cents odd

MMX wont settle for anywhere near that. $50 million would be a massive payout if it was accepted by chm.
All for half a million that cant supposely be accounted for.
Hope you CHM shareholders have Five-Ten years patience in you because, that when this thing will get settled, if it goes all the way, with appeals etc.
