Agree with all the posts below and good thread. Zmemed could I suggest you stay clear of warrants they are for experienced players and the MM (Market Makers) are the only winners in that game. Have a go after 5 years of trading but not now, it's a mugs game. It's sad the ASX isn't mature enough to have shorting like they do in the US. Another problem is the liquidity in the ASX there is not enough of it to day trade huge position (>$100K). If you ever get an opportunity to see a day trader on the NASDAQ take it, it is fast, volatile and liquid. I would class you as a position trader if you hold for 3-6 months. Good luck and lets hope LHG has seen it's lows this cycle!!
