I for one are getting frustrated with the board especially with lack of communication and never meeting deadlines on announcements (people are becoming impatient why our SP isn't where it should be)
If I had my time again and known the information you have now provided us I would have voted in favour of the 249D.
We are on good thing here with KFE... but if the board don't become more accountable, shareholders are at risk of missing out.
