One drunken 17 year old that wants to get laid, forcing himself on a female that does NOT want to get laid.
That's attempted rape, pure and simple. If you genuinely think there is no disqualifying issue here, then I really am at a loss for words.
But even if it "only" qualifies as a sexual assault, Brett Kavanaugh still has to register as a sex offender. Is that really what you want on the SCOTUS? A registered sex offender?
