I don’t think it would be wise for Justice Kavanaugh to be involved with any potential prosecution of Ford. If it can be proved that she committed perjury then that case will proceed without any need for anything further from Justice Kavanaugh, likewise any investigation into the action of the Democrats or Monica McLean.

He has had his name cleared, has been confirmed onto the SCOTUS and would be best to leave all the craziness and disgraceful attempted smears behind him.

Now it is up to the voters to let their electoral baseball bats do the talking. Bring on the mid terms.
