I agree but it is possible such action could be taken without troubling Kavanaugh. He is not a witness or a party to any
actions before Ford testified. So an investigation into Ford's contacts and so on could be done without Kavanaugh.

Suppose FBI or CIA or DNC was up to something, and CBF was a planned operation.

You might want to make an issue of it, if you can do it without further distracting Kavanaugh.

At some point you have to punish the people pulling the strings, or they just keep doing the same stuff.
