The PEA is done they've had the data for ages now. They are sitting on it like they did the JORC hoping for the most favourably result before being backed into a corner and having to release it. It will be sitting with the consultant waiting for JZ to say OK send it we having nothing more to add. Possibly waiting for better processing costs or drilling results but sooner rather than later they'll have no choice. I don't think its related to the OT since it is what it is and a partner will see it anyway. Somehow keeping it secret in order to attract a better deal would be a monumental mistrust step and be a disaster. I think its more about preventing the PEA from being bashed by the naive and trolls before a deal is struck.
It may be out before the quarterly since they may not want that to go out without it.
