You simply make no sense.
You are suggesting an entity would not invest because the SP will go higher?
I put it to you that we are all here for that very reason!

With respect, I am not sure what dots you are joining... perhaps those in your eyes after looking at the sun too long?

Sanlam or others would have easily got behind this if the SP was to go up from any level and did this recently at a higher SP.

The reality is the placement was from left field and detrimental to the SP and us SHs.
With the lack of explanation from the company it is not a good look at all and appears to be nothing more than a defensive move for some on the board to retain their positions.

Oh, and if the TO/ML issue and/or the TI offtake is concluded before the AGM then we can only view the placement at that price level as extremely poor judgement by the BOD.

I live in the real world (the world of consequences) and in this case I support the Browns.
I support PB but he needs to surround himself with the right team to get the job done.
Nothing really special, like a TNG, comes without its challenges.
