Might be worth not rushing with this one.

I have no idea if its correct or not, however it would
show that the investor clearly believed that he had passed tittle to Opes/ANZ.

Given that this very issue is about to be tested in court,
why on earth would you give ANZ support with their defence?

This may be something to explore but maybe after the case to decide ownership is settled.

It's nice to watch ANZ's share price show the management team what the rest of Australia thinks of their ability.
