I hope so. Put everyone out of their misery. The only winners in this company since it has been listed are : the Sala's who sold a few million in the 40's; Del Piano who got millions of LUM for nothing; Sandra Anderson and her husband that got millions in a placement and then dumped them all on an announcement just a few weeks later, Dollisson and Borovac.
Losers include any shareholder who has supported the company for many years, believed their promises, funded LUM managements BS and this includes most stockbrokers who have helped the company to raise money.
Some bad memories stick in my mind about this company and my dealings with current and past management - I think this hurts much more than the significant amounts of money I have lost.
PS Thanks for the lessons LUM (ex)management guys - better to learn now than in another 30 years when the money would mean so much more to me. A fantastic guy who has severe permanent spinal injuries invested in LUM many years ago with most of the money he had - he was assured by the management at that time that the company was fine and that he would do well if he held LUM shares. I think they have helped to make his life significantly more difficult. Do directors and management of these companies really realise how much impact their lack of performance has on the shareholders.
