A complete joke tbh. However I've witnessed lots of examples of market inefficiency in the small cap space over the decades. Data #3 (DTL) and Powerlan the most vivid one for me. DTL was valued at $5M back around 2001 when Powerlan was $100M. I was certain Powerlan was close to worthless at the time. Fast forward there's no Powerlan and DTL is around $200M.
