I remember when SMS bought in, PB got on the BRR phone and said something to the effect that it would improve the registry with more shares held in the top 20, and he expected more of this to follow.

Why couldn't he do the same now and explain that as a reason for the placement...? Or any strategic reason at all?
I am absolutely gobsmacked that we have not had a BRR on the placement or the shareholder action.

Until it's clarified, I will take as given that the $15 M raise is for funds to finalise Mine Management Plan and Permitting, which confirms that all progress updates we've had on the matters have been flagrantly dishonest about how far progressed they were.
I'm no longer making up optimistic stories to explain the board's failings.
