Just curious to those bears forecasting a 20-40% drop, what they think of this chart of the price falls peak to trough in the past 38 years or so?
Looking at the trend, it seems like we're well on track for a 10% drop in Sydney at least, but just curious as to why people are in the "this time its different" camp.
