commissioning started beginning of June so there was a 3 month delay which they did announce at the time. Check the announcements it's all there about there was quite a lot of rain which slowed everything down. Then there were delays getting a ship and the port shut down so first sales were delayed - total delay was 4 months. Not bad I reckon and only one of the reasons why they got sold down from their highs. If you don't know the other reasons then I would question why you are even invested in this company.
