Wilson Asset Management portfolio manager Tobias Yao said that those looking to invest in the dip should remain selective.
"We like the tech space but its paramount that we remain selective," he said. "We like to invest in companies where the growth is mispriced by the market. In the mid- to smal- cap tech space, Infomedia is one which we like. It's trading on a reasonable multiple, it also ticks a few boxes which we think are important – global income stream, high recurring revenue, healthy balance sheet. NEXTDC is an example of a stock where we think the recent pullback is overdone."
